About Hinman Family Medicine Welcome to our small, private, family medicine office. Our office is designed to put patients at ease. An atmosphere of a traditional family practice setting is maintained while utilizing evidence based care from our clinical team as well as support for self-management of your health and health care. Each individual is important and our entire health care team, from the receptionist’s desk to the provider’s office, will give you personalized care. With our care coordination, we can help you navigate the complex medical system with referals and coordination of care with your specialist. We extend our care to Longmont United Hospital from newborn care to hospital inpatient care. We are currently accepting new patients with same day acute appointments available starting at 7am Monday through Friday.

The office of Dr. Hinman is recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) in establishment of a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Level 3 in addition to recognition in treatment of diabetes, heart disease and stroke: The NCQA seal is a widely recognized symbol of quality.
